Job summary

nib is seeking a Risk Analytics & Visualisation Manager to lead analytics, visualisation and insights across the group’s risk portfolio, with a focus on cyber and technology risk.

You will deliver dashboards and reliable risk reporting for management, executives and the Board, combining data analysis, responsible AI and risk expertise.

The role leads a team, manages the Risk Management Data Warehouse and champions independent challenge to risk appetite and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Proven analytics leadership with ability to influence decisions.
• Hands-on while leading a team across data analytics, governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience presenting insights to executives and senior leadership.
• Strong data visualisation and storytelling for board-level audiences.
• Snowflake data warehousing, ETL, and performance optimisation.
• Experience applying AI/ML to support analysis and decision-making.
• Knowledge of APRA prudential standards and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, visualisation and insights across the risk portfolio.
