Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational compliance, governance and risk management initiatives within complex technology environments.
• Strong ability to develop governance frameworks, schedules and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating remediation of operational, delivery and technology risks in large programs.
• Proven capability to align Agile delivery with governance requirements and compliance standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across teams and leadership groups.
• Advanced analytics for risk assessment, forecasting, and data quality validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion operational compliance across the portfolio, ensuring regulatory and internal standards are met.
• Drive risk management activities by identifying, assessing and coordinating remediation of risks.
• Chair risk and compliance forums for informed decision-making and oversight.
• Establish governance frameworks aligned to Agile delivery and departmental objectives.
• Oversee portfolio resource demand, budget alignment and compliance obligations.
• Monitor governance performance and control effectiveness across technology functions.
• Develop governance dashboards and proactive reporting with escalation and corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability for compliance, governance and risk.
