Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a strategic Head of Projects in Balcatta to lead a diverse portfolio of construction and infrastructure works across Western Australia. The role supervises ~30 staff and contractor partners, ensuring safe delivery, on time and within budget, across multiple sites and programs valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering major project and program portfolios.
• 5+ years in senior project or program management leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale project budgets and financial outcomes.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams across dispersed operations.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, procurement, and contractor management.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and client relationship skills.
• Experience in complex operational environments.
• Advanced capability across project management software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a multi-site project portfolio across WA with budgets over $200M+.
• Oversee planning, execution and delivery of operational works to major capital projects.
• Provide governance, reporting and strategic oversight of performance, risks and resources.
• Balance commercial outcomes with client expectations and project risk mitigation.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and mentor project managers, supervisors and extended teams.
