Job summary

• Experience leading PMO functions in construction or related environments.
• Strong governance, reporting, and organisational capabilities.
• Proven ability to coach and develop project administration teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety-first culture and ensure governance compliance across projects.
• Lead and develop Project and HSE Administrators to support the portfolio.
• Establish project reporting frameworks, dashboards, and metrics.
• Coordinate controls: planning, scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, risk and variations.
• Support resource planning and utilisation across concurrent projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes, and governance.
• Maintain standard PMO tools, templates, and workflows.
• Support onboarding, procurement activities, and documentation compliance.
• Partner with leaders to improve delivery outcomes.
• Provide training and capability development in PMO systems.
