Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Head of Project Management for the Gas Services Asia Pacific region in Australia. You will lead a regional team of Project Managers, drive execution excellence, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability across the project portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and EHS to advance regional strategy, while developing capabilities and applying Siemens Energy project management standards across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (or related discipline).
• 12+ years of experience in project management, project execution, engineering or service operations.
• Experience leading manager-of-managers and teams of 20+ people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GS AP Project Management Organization and coach regional Project Managers to build a high-performance team.
• Own regional project portfolio performance, ensuring safety, schedule, quality and contractual commitments are met.
• Drive profitability through disciplined execution, risk management and governance; support recovery plans for underperforming projects.
• Establish and maintain a consistent project management framework across the region and promote standardization and best practices.
