Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing service projects.
• Experience with transformer service projects (highly regarded).
• Working knowledge of SAP (order booking, invoicing, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and demonstrated leadership capability.
• Proficiency in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead service project execution, overseeing technical and commercial aspects.
• Ensure formal contract close-out and customer acceptance.
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers and manage escalations.
• Develop trusted relationships and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Evaluate drawings, schedules, HSE documentation, transmittals, and reports to support delivery.
• Travel locally and occasionally overseas.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
• Uphold Hitachi Energy's safety and integrity values.
