Job summary

Waymark Hotels in Darwin Region is seeking a hands-on Hotel Manager to drive operations, lead a fun, friendly team across all departments, and deliver outstanding customer service within a growing regional hospitality group.

You will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, coach and develop teams, manage finances, build relationships with customers, suppliers and community, and ensure compliance with liquor/gaming/WH&S regulations, with NT RSA license required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong financial management and business smarts.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on management style.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Current NT RSA and relevant Gaming Machine Manager licence (or the ability to obtain them).

• Maintain compliance with all liquor, gaming, workplace health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
