Job summary

Accor is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to support our Sydney CBD hotels and shared services hub. You will lead culture, capability, compliance and workforce experience across multiple properties, partnering with leaders to embed Accor's people frameworks in line with the Salter Brothers strategy.

You will drive recruitment, retention and career development while balancing strategic HR delivery with hands-on support across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR in multi-site hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and awards.
• ER/IR experience and coaching leaders.
• Safety, incident and claims management knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support hotel leaders on performance, engagement and workforce planning.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding and talent development aligned with capability frameworks.
• Support change management, organizational design and portfolio-wide HR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, awards, policies and governance.
• Champion culture, wellbeing, diversity and engagement across properties.
• Partner with payroll, shared services and operational leaders to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Analyse workforce trends and provide insights to support decisions.
• Manage learning and development across the portfolio, including training facilitation.
• Build strong relationships to ensure consistent people practices across the portfolio.
