Fire Rescue Victoria is seeking a Senior Payroll Services Manager to lead payroll systems and services from its Spring Street Office in Melbourne. The role focuses on streamlining, harmonising, and ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processes with strong governance.

You will drive continuous improvements and lead the Payroll Department to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services. You will embed FRV values, manage governance, and lead complex payroll/rostering processes while engaging

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll experience required.
• Knowledge of SAP and Pay Global payroll systems.
• Ability to lead end-to-end payroll processes and governance.
