Job summary

The University of Melbourne is seeking an exceptional senior leader to head the Partnership Success Group within Melbourne Enterprise, a pivotal enterprise capability that will shape how partnerships across research, innovation and workforce development are mobilised, delivered and deepened.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Partnerships and Precincts, you will mobilise expertise and resources to enable partnership growth at scale.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in partnerships, commercial development or enterprise transformation.
• Track record of converting opportunities into measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Partnership Success Group, building capability to mobilise and deliver partnerships at scale.
• Lead workforce capability partnering function, aligning education and talent solutions with partner needs.
• Provide strategic leadership for partnership mobilisation and delivery with governance and value delivery.
• Lead uplift of partnership development capability across research, innovation and workforce development.
