Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Partnership Success Group, building the commercial, delivery and organisational capability to mobilise and deliver partnerships at scale.
• Lead the workforce capability partnering function, aligning professional education and industry talent solutions with partner needs.
• Provide strategic leadership for partnership mobilisation and delivery, ensuring major opportunities are governed effectively and deliver value.
• Establish best-practice frameworks and tools to embed consistent ways of working and enterprise-wide partnership capability.
