Job summary

Masterflow Solutions is seeking a Head of Operations and Supply Chain to own and optimize end-to-end operations, including S&OP, inventory, planning and supplier management. You will drive ERP optimisation and build the structures needed for sustainable growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead managers, develop capabilities and KPIs, and create accountability across the business. This is a high-growth, executive role with significant influence on strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• Led S&OP processes in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Improved inventory management, forecasting and working capital.
• Managed overseas suppliers and complex supply chains.
• Experience with ERP platforms, ideally NetSuite.
• Led managers and built high-performing leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Service functions.
• Establish and drive an effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Improve inventory performance and working capital outcomes.
• Manage and develop local and international supplier relationships.
• Drive ERP optimisation and operational reporting improvements.
• Develop KPIs, accountability frameworks and business disciplines.
• Build leadership capability across the operations team.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that support growth.
