Colonial Group seeks an experienced SIOP Manager to lead end-to-end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning for the division. This role aligns demand, supply, and financial objectives through monthly governance, scenario analysis, and executive-facing insights.

The successful candidate acts as central integrator across commercial, operations, finance and supply chain, partnering with regional leaders and the C-Suite to ensure a single, balanced plan that optimizes service, cost, cash and risk.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• MBA and APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• 10–15 years’ experience across SIOP/S&OP, demand and supply planning, or operations leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end SIOP process, including monthly planning cycles, governance, and continuous improvement across regions.
• Integrate demand, supply, and financial plans into a single aligned, consensus view to support business decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Value Stream, and Finance leaders to align strategy with operational execution.
• Lead and develop Demand and Supply Planning teams, fostering strong collaboration and high performance.
• Facilitate executive SIOP forums, delivering clear insights, risks, opportunities, and scenario-based recommendations.
• Drive performance outcomes across forecast accuracy, service, inventory, capacity, and financial targets.
• Ensure alignment between SIOP outputs and financial plans, supporting revenue, margin, and working capital objectives.
