Planet Pharma is seeking a Global Supply Chain Director to lead the transformation and scaling of our international supply chain as we expand. The role reports to the CEO and will shape the future operating model, driving operational excellence and ensuring the function supports growing global demand.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Business required.
• Experience leading global supply chain operations in regulated industries (life sciences, medical devices, or biotech).
• Proven track record in supply chain transformation and process improvement.
• Experience managing international suppliers and manufacturing partners across regions.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Comfort with both strategic and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global supply chain strategy for scalability and operational efficiency.
• Redesign and optimise processes across procurement, planning, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Develop strategies balancing cost, quality, risk, service levels, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and embed operational excellence.
• Oversee global demand planning, forecasting, inventory, and order fulfilment.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure product availability while optimising inventory and working capital.
• Oversee international logistics, freight, warehousing, and temperature-controlled supply chains.
• Lead a global team of six supply chain professionals.
• Collaborate with CEO and cross-functional leaders (Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Commercial, Finance).
• Support growth by developing scalable systems and supply chain infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and quality standards in a regulated environment.
