Job summary

Visit.org is seeking a Vice President of Logistics to lead our global end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. You will drive scalable, high-quality operations across procurement, warehousing, distribution, and international logistics in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will own cost, performance, and governance across the network, build capacity plans, and partner with product and finance to enable growth.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in global operations, supply chain, or logistics leadership.
• Experience building and scaling e-commerce operations, including fulfillment and international distribution.
• Strong analytical foundations with forecasting, cost modeling, and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Build the 2 to 3 year logistics strategy roadmap to support international growth, including automation, systems, and organizational design.
• Own global end-to-end logistics planning, including international distribution.
• Lead warehouse setup and omnichannel fulfillment strategies in partnership.
• Oversee global 3PL setup, performance management, and continuous optimization.
• Own the logistics budget and cost center, including capital planning for automation and warehouse buildout.
• Lead technology enablement initiatives, including OMS and WMS integration and dashboarding for KPI visibility.
