Job summary

International SOS is seeking an experienced operations leader based in Canberra to oversee healthcare service delivery across multiple locations, ensuring quality and contract performance. You will drive workforce planning, recruitment logistics and service coverage while building strong relationships with Defence and other key stakeholders.

The role requires extensive experience in operations and risk management, with a track record of guiding large teams, maintaining governance and budget

Qualifications

• 5+ years' operations experience including 3+ years in senior management

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare service delivery across multiple locations, ensuring quality, compliance and contract performance
• Drive operational performance, workforce planning, recruitment logistics and service coverage
• Build strong relationships with Defence and key stakeholders
• Oversee governance, WHS, risk management and audit readiness
• Manage budgets, identify efficiencies and support contract growth
• Guide and develop high-performing operational teams
