International SOS in Australia is seeking a Program Head of Operations to lead the delivery of Defence healthcare services across multiple locations. You will drive service quality, governance, risk management and continuous improvement while directing a high-performing operations team.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will oversee budgets, recruitment logistics, workforce planning and contract performance, build strong Defence relationships and deliver improved outcomes for clients while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience, including 3+ years in senior management.
• Background in workforce management, recruitment and logistics.
• Defence industry experience preferred; exposure to corporate environments helpful.
• Experience managing operational risk, compliance and budgets.
• Experience in fast-paced operations and recruitment environments; strong communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare service delivery across multiple locations with quality and contract performance.
• Drive operational performance, workforce planning, recruitment logistics and service coverage.
• Build strong relationships with Defence and key stakeholders.
• Oversee governance, WHS, risk management and audit readiness.
• Manage budgets, identify efficiencies and support contract growth.
• Guide and develop high-performing operational teams.
