Job summary

International SOS (Australasia) P/L seeks a seasoned Program Head of Operations to drive defence healthcare service delivery across multiple locations. You will lead governance, risk management and continuous improvement while managing a high-performing operations team.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will oversee budgets, workforce planning and recruitment logistics, ensuring contract performance and service coverage in a demanding defence context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' operations experience, including 3+ years in senior management.
• Background in workforce management, recruitment and logistics.
• Defence industry experience preferred, with exposure to corporate environments advantageous.
• Experience managing operational risk, compliance requirements and budgets.
• Strong communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare service delivery across multiple locations, ensuring quality, compliance and contract performance.
• Drive operational performance, workforce planning, recruitment logistics and service coverage.
• Build strong relationships with Defence and key stakeholders.
• Oversee governance, WHS, risk management and audit readiness.
• Manage budgets, identify efficiencies and support contract growth.
• Guide and develop high-performing operational teams.
