Overview

Join to apply for the Senior Full Stack Engineer - AI assisted Development role at Fyndr Group. This position focuses on building an AI-assisted enterprise operations platform.

The role has two phases: build the platform and make it smarter, embedding AI-powered features using large language models, creating predictive insights, conversational workflows and data-driven recommendations.

We’re hiring a Senior Engineer to help build and modernise the next generation of enterprise operations technology. This new platform will power critical functions such as workflow automation, order management, point-of-sale, scheduling and reporting.

You’ll work in an AI-first engineering culture, using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE and LLMs to move fast, then applying your senior engineering skills to review, optimise and ship production-ready software.

Location & Environment

• Location: Sydney (Hybrid, 4 days in the city office)
• Environment: Build full-stack tools using Node, TypeScript, and React with integrated LLMs, agents, and GenAI logic to automate internal workflows and insights.

Compensation

Base pay range: A$180,000.00/yr - A$240,000.00/yr

What you’ll be doing

• Building a new operations platform used daily by thousands of users
• Delivering features across workflow, ordering, POS, scheduling and reporting
• Developing applied AI features – predictive insights, optimisation tools, conversational workflows
• Collaborating with product managers and engineers to shape the roadmap

• Cloud experience with AWS serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SQS)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools
• Interest in applied AI development (LLM apps, automation agents, chat/voice tools)
