Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Member Experience & Value, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, deliver insights-led campaigns and strengthen brand and reputation across digital and traditional channels.

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior leadership experience in marketing, communications, engagement, digital or related functions.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive integrated campaigns across channels.
• Proven track record using insights and metrics to improve audience participation and outcomes.
