Bringing together marketing, communications, digital engagement, content, brand and channel management, you will lead a multidisciplinary function focused on delivering coordinated, insight-led engagement that drives participation, connection and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Engagement strategy – Lead the College’s integrated approach to marketing, communications and member engagement, ensuring activities are aligned to member needs, organisational priorities and measurable outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how the College engages with its members, strengthen enterprise-wide marketing and communications capability, and deliver meaningful improvements in member participation, experience and value

You are an experienced, strategic and collaborative leader who is passionate about delivering effective communications, meaningful engagement and exceptional audience experiences.

You bring a strong combination of marketing, communications, digital engagement and stakeholder leadership, with the ability to connect specialist capabilities, influence organisational priorities and drive measurable outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

Significant senior leadership experience in marketing, communications, engagement, digital or related functions, including leading multidisciplinary teams.

Demonstrated experience developing and delivering integrated engagement, marketing and communications strategies that improve audience participation, experience and organisational outcomes.
