Comaea Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Perth, Australia, seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead its Australian operations.

You will head a team of Service Engineers, coordinating field service, workshop and commissioning across Australia and New Zealand, while providing high-level technical support and ensuring safe, reliable outcomes. The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership and commercial accountability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/ diploma in Mechanical, Marine or related engineering field.
• 8–10 years in marine, heavy mechanical or field service operations.
• Experience leading service engineers, technicians or subcontractors across multi-site environments.
• Experience with power transmission systems, bearings, gearboxes and machining is advantageous.
• Excellent communication with commercial acumen for client relationships, warranty investigations and reporting.
• Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate field service, workshop and commissioning activities in Australia, NZ, and broader region.
• Lead local technical focal point for installation, troubleshooting and repairs of specialized marine equipment.
• Mentor and lead Service Engineers and Technical Support staff; oversee workshop workloads.
• Demonstrate safety leadership and monitor service scope, subcontractors and progress.
