Job summary

This full-time, continuing appointment leads the Collections Services team to ensure equitable access to library resources and efficient interlibrary loans, with emphasis on learning resources for student success.

Qualifications

• Degree in information management or equivalent plus substantial management experience.
• Experience leading innovative, high performing teams and managing stakeholders.
• Extensive experience designing workflows and continuous improvement in interlibrary loans, procurement, accessibility, and unit readings.
• Experience with Alma, Leganto, Rapido and RapidILL in library systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Collections Services team to deliver equitable, timely access to resources.
• Provide strong people leadership, coaching, and workforce planning.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of interlibrary loans, resource sharing, and procurement.
• Partner with academic stakeholders to understand needs and improve staff and student experience.
• Drive continuous improvement using data, define service standards and KPIs.
