Job summary

Hudson Global, Inc. seeks an experienced Principal Learning & Development to lead the organisation's learning, leadership and workforce capability agenda in Port Hedland, WA.

This permanent, full-time role reports to the Manager HR and drives strategic L&D initiatives across the organisation. You will lead a dedicated team, partner with leaders, design and deliver programs, and ensure measurable outcomes that support employee development and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Learning & Development team.
• Design and deliver learning and leadership programs.
• Oversee the corporate learning and development calendar.
• Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Lead graduate, trainee, apprenticeship and emerging talent programs.
• Identify workforce capability gaps and development opportunities.
• Provide specialist L&D advice and coaching to leaders.
• Support organisational development, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
