Reporting to the Principal, the role leads learning strategy, staff development and classroom pedagogy; requires strategic thinking, change leadership and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in educational leadership in a complex and innovative organisation.
• Think strategically about teaching and learning and shape learning strategy across a multi-campus setting.
• Initiate, lead and manage change and innovation, while delivering agreed strategies and objectives.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration, or eligibility for VIT registration.
