Role Description The Director of Learning is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, VIC, responsible for leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs across the college. This role oversees curriculum development, instructional design, and the effective use of learning management systems to support engaging, flexible learning experiences. The Director of Learning collaborates with academic and administrative teams to align training and development initiatives with institutional goals and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting learning strategies, managing implementation timelines, coaching educators and learning staff, reviewing program effectiveness through data and feedback, and introducing evidence-based practices in teaching and assessment. The role also involves stakeholder communication, resource planning, and ensuring that learning initiatives are inclusive and accessible for diverse learner groups.
