AusNet Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of HSE Enablement to lead a major enterprise function within People & Safety. You will shape frameworks, governance and specialist approaches while partnering with senior leaders who own operational risk.

Your remit includes spanning critical risk, contractor safety, environment and health disciplines, turning data into insight and strengthening enterprise capabilities and governance across the organisation.

Formación

• Proven experience leading HSE enablement in large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of critical risk frameworks and governance.
• Ability to translate strategy into standards and governance.
• Data-led decision making and analytics capability.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and partnerships.

Responsabilidades

• Shape enterprise HSE frameworks and systems, translating strategy into practical standards.
• Lead the critical risk and control approach, strengthening understanding of material risks and controls.
• Turn data and learning into actionable insight across incidents, assurance and performance.
• Set enterprise approaches across environment, contractor safety, psychosocial and health disciplines.
• Lead enterprise HSE partnerships with procurement, commercial and operations.
• Build enterprise HSE capability, governance, learning pathways and technical governance.
• Manage a multidisciplinary specialist team, fostering succession and capability.
