Job summary

Endeavour Energy is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Systems Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead HSE system strategy, governance and reporting across a large utility. You will partner with Health & Safety, Operations, Technology and Data teams to drive data-driven improvements and ensure system integrity.

You’ll own the end-to-end HSE data ecosystem, oversee audits and reporting for executive leadership, and deliver innovative enhancements including AI-enabled improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or related field.
• Significant experience managing HSE systems, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives within utilities, energy, construction, infrastructure, electrical or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in SAP EHS or comparable enterprise HSE management systems.
• Demonstrated experience managing data integrity, reporting frameworks and governance processes.
• Experience delivering complex projects and working across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive and Board-level reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Health & Safety, Operations, Technology, Data & Insights and corporate stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems, reporting, processes and user experience.
• Act as the primary liaison between Health & Safety and Technology teams for system enhancements.
• Lead ongoing improvements to HSE systems to enhance capability, efficiency and user adoption.
• Oversee HSE data governance and the preparation and distribution of HSE performance reporting.
• Manage annual health & safety audit and assurance program for compliance and improvement.
• Lead development and enhancement of the Health and Safety Management System.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements across health and safety systems.
• Manage system-related projects from planning through delivery.
