Job summary

Adbri is seeking a Manager – P&C Services to lead the design, establishment and delivery of a modern HR shared services model at enterprise scale. You will build the roadmap, governance and capability to support the employee lifecycle and enable scalable, high‑quality service across the organisation.

You will lead a team, partner with talent acquisition, HR business partnering, IR, and corporate functions to create clear ownership, effective hand-offs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR shared services, HR operations, people services or a comparable service-delivery leadership role.
• Proven success designing, building, transforming or scaling shared services or service delivery models.
• Strong capability across HR processes, systems, data, reporting, governance and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading teams through change while maintaining service quality and stakeholder confidence.
• Ability to work across Payroll, Technology, business leaders and People & Culture specialist teams.
• Practical, commercially minded and improvement-focused leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, establishment and ongoing delivery of a modern people services model.
• Own the multi-year roadmap covering operating model design, service maturity, transition and continuous improvement.
• Define the service catalogue, standards, governance, workflows and performance measures for core HR services.
• Oversee transition of HR activities into shared services with clear roles and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across employee lifecycle administration, people systems, and reporting.
• Champion process standardisation, enhanced employee and leader experience, and automation.
• Manage Dayforce administration, data integrity and reporting.
• Build and develop a high-performing team to support future growth.
