You will oversee staff and budgets, guide the library’s technology and discovery initiatives, and build partnerships that enhance access, engagement and the organisation’s outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified for professional membership of ALIA or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience managing a specialist library, with staff and budgets.
• Experience delivering information and reference services.
• Experience with library collection management systems.
• Understanding of emerging trends in libraries including AI, cyber security, digital preservation, metadata standards, collection discovery technologies, analytics and online service delivery.

• Lead the library’s technology and discovery planning and manage processes that enhance access, discovery, preservation and engagement.
