The successful candidate will be an innovative educator with a strong commitment to academic excellence, student wellbeing, and contemporary library practice, able to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate across the school.

Qualifications

• Exceptional educational leader and innovative Teacher Librarian.
• Must be legally permitted to work in Australia and hold a valid Working with Children clearance.
• Accredited with NESA to teach NSW.
• Experience leading K-12 library programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medway and Rennie Libraries to inspire reading, inquiry and digital citizenship.
• Collaborate across the School to shape a future-focused library program.
• Drive strategic initiatives and support student wellbeing and learning.
• Ensure safety and compliance with child protection policies.
