Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience in aviation or technical services.
• Proven track record in revenue growth and partnerships.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Aviation or related discipline.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead Front Office, drive sales, business development and customer engagement across Safran Helicopter Engines Australia.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies delivering sustainable revenue growth and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand Safran's presence in Australia and the region.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, contract management and strategic account planning.
• Oversee customer support and field service operations delivering high-quality support.
• Develop high-performing teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Utilise CRM data and market intelligence to drive decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, aviation regulations and risk management.
