Safran Helicopter Engines Australia is seeking a Front Office Director to lead sales, business development and customer engagement across its product and service portfolio. This executive role reports to the Managing Director and focuses on driving revenue, market growth and exceptional customer satisfaction in a highly technical aerospace environment.

You will build high-performing teams, shape commercial strategy, negotiate key contracts and ensure alignment with regulatory and quality

Formación

• Senior commercial leadership experience in aviation or aerospace
• Proven track record delivering revenue growth through sales and business development
• Strong contract negotiations and pricing skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Ability to build long-term customer partnerships and manage stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Lead Front Office, driving sales, business development and customer engagement across SAFRAN Helicopter Engines Australia's product and service portfolio
• Develop and execute commercial strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth, increased market share and long-term business success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends and growth initiatives to expand Safran's presence across Australia and the region
• Lead complex commercial negotiations, contract management activities and strategic account planning
• Oversee customer support and field service operations, ensuring the delivery of responsive, high-quality technical and commercial support
• Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus
• Utilise commercial insights, CRM data and market intelligence to drive informed decision-making and business performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, aviation regulations and risk management requirements
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and Leadership Team to align commercial objectives with broader business goals and strategic priorities
• Champion Safran's values and culture while supporting the ongoing development of people, processes and organisational capability
