Safran Helicopter Engines Australia seeks a Front Office Director to lead sales, business development and customer support. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive commercial performance, engagement strategy and service excellence across the product portfolio, aligning with corporate goals.

You will manage cross-functional teams, pursue new markets in Australia and nearby regions, and ensure robust partnerships while upholding aviation standards and governance.

Formación

• Commercial leadership experience in aviation/aerospace environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Aviation.
• Experience leading senior commercial or sales teams and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience with contract negotiations, pricing, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Knowledge of aviation operations and relevant regulations.
• Willingness to undertake domestic and international travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Front Office function: sales, business development and customer engagement across SAFRAN Helicopter Engines Australia portfolio.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies delivering sustainable revenue growth and market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders for long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities and growth initiatives to expand Safran's presence in Australia and the region.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and strategic account planning.
• Oversee customer support and field service operations delivering high-quality support.
• Develop high-performing teams and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Use CRM data and market insights to drive decisions and performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, aviation regulations and risk management.
