Job summary

Corrections Victoria in Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Complex Interventions service area within Forensic Intervention Services. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based interventions for people with complex needs and drive service excellence across Victoria.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder engagement and a track record of quality improvement in offender rehabilitation. Travel across Victoria is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex frontline service delivery functions.
• Tertiary qualifications in forensic studies, clinical practice or criminology are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational, clinical and business aspects of the Complex Interventions service area.
• Manage, support and develop a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure services align with best-practice standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Corrections Victoria and the justice sector.
• Provide expert strategic advice on offender rehabilitation and forensic interventions.
• Oversee performance, service targets, staffing and resource management to achieve outcomes.
