Job summary

The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria, is seeking an experienced leader to manage Complex Interventions within Forensic Intervention Services. You will drive evidence-based offender rehabilitation, oversee a multidisciplinary team, and influence service delivery improvements across Victoria.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and evaluating complex frontline services.
• Tertiary qualifications in forensic studies, clinical practice, criminology or related discipline are desirable.
• General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA or eligibility for related professional bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational, clinical and business service aspects of the Complex Interventions service area.
• Manage, support and develop a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure services align with best-practice standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Corrections Victoria and the justice sector.
• Provide expert strategic advice on offender rehabilitation and emerging service delivery issues.
• Oversee performance, service targets, staffing and resource management.
