Job summary

Toll Aviation is seeking a highly organized Technical Records Officer to join our Maintenance team in Australia. You will ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of aircraft maintenance records and operational documentation, supporting maintenance control and flight operations data validation.

You will reconcile records, validate data, and assist with post-maintenance documentation, archiving and record retention to support airworthiness and operational readiness of the helicopter fleet.

Qualifications

• Experience using Gannet or similar aviation maintenance software systems.
• Aircraft records management or document control experience within an aviation environment.
• Experience supporting maintenance control, technical services, airworthiness, aviation procurement or aviation projects.
• Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes and aircraft systems, with AW139 experience advantageous.
• Strong understanding of electronic document management and records retention systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organised approach to work.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Provide support to the Maintenance Controller and broader Maintenance Control function.

The Opportunity -

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Records Officer to join our Aviation Maintenance team. Reporting to the Maintenance Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of aircraft maintenance records and operational documentation.

This role is responsible for validating maintenance and flight operations data, maintaining aircraft records and supporting maintenance control activities to ensure the continued airworthiness and operational readiness of Toll Aviation's helicopter fleet.

What You'll Be Doing -

To be successful in this role, you will bring experience within aviation maintenance, technical services, airworthiness or aircraft records management and have a passion for accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.
