AGL Energy Limited in Docklands, Victoria, is seeking a strategic Head of Energy Solutions to steer the portfolio across commercial, engineering and operations. You will shape strategy, drive growth and deliver value for customers and the business.

You'll lead diverse teams, manage risk and governance, and partner with executives to accelerate the energy transition while maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Extensive leadership in energy, infrastructure, commercial, engineering, operations or delivery environments.
• Strong commercial and financial decision-making for revenue, margin and performance.
• Proven success in developing/executing growth, sales and operating strategies.
• Experience across governance, risk, contractor management and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, operating model and growth for the Energy Solutions portfolio.
• Drive portfolio growth from opportunity identification through to delivery and long-term value.
• Own financial, operational and customer outcomes including revenue and margins.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across sales, project development, engineering, operations, delivery and asset management.
• Ensure safety, governance and continuous improvement in customer experience.
