Our client, a dynamic and award-winning private credit firm, is seeking an experienced and highly-networked Head of Distribution to drive the next phase of their capital raising and business expansion.

The Role: Head of Distribution

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the face of our client's capital raising efforts, leading all investor relationship and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capital Acquisition: Proactively leverage your existing relationships with key investor networks, including Direct HNW Investors, Wealth Managers, Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), and Family Offices, to drive net new fund inflows.
• Investor Relations:
  • Identify, cultivate, and convert new sources of investor capital.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing investors.
  • Oversee all inbound investor Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
• Fund Marketing:
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of high-quality marketing and information collateral.
  • Organize, coordinate, and manage marketing events to promote our client's funds (e.g., in conjunction with the MD's regular public media appearances).

What You'll Bring

• Proven, demonstrable, and current relationships with Wealth Managers, Direct HNW Investors and/or Family Offices in the Australian market is essential
• Ideally experienced in selling private assets (such as private credit, private equity, or private real estate) to wholesale investors or wealth managers
• A strong track record of successful capital raising and distribution within the financial services sector
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior executive level and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
