Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing & Campaign Specialist to lead end-to-end digital campaigns. You will drive acquisition, conversions and customer lifetime value through paid search, display, video and email marketing.

You will report to the CEO, manage a marketing team, and partner with Product Marketing to optimize messaging and channels. A strong background in analytics, campaign management and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment (preferably online gaming).
• Data analysis and tagging to derive insights and drive decisions.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce; HTML/WordPress a plus.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Hands-on email marketing experience and CRM/campaign automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and execute multi-channel campaigns.
• Set up, manage and optimise campaigns within Google Ads (SEM, Display, Video).
• Improve SEO via content generation and onsite SEO.
• Grow social media presence and assist with community engagement.
• Manage offline channel execution including direct and brand activation/experiential marketing.
• Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers.
• Develop processes to scale activity and drive efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and channel mix.
