Melrose Group is seeking a Senior Digital & eCommerce Manager to lead digital marketing and eCommerce across a portfolio of wellness brands. You will report to the Head of Marketing & eCommerce and own strategies from acquisition to loyalty, collaborating with brand and product teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You’ll manage a talented digital team, drive performance across channels and partner with agencies to accelerate growth. Hybrid role based in Australia.

Formación

• 5+ years' experience leading digital marketing, eCommerce or online trading functions.
• Demonstrated success driving online revenue growth, acquisition and retention.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, CRM and lifecycle management.
• Advanced experience with Shopify, CMS, CRM and marketing automation tools (Klaviyo highly regarded).
• Strong analytical capability with Google Analytics, GTM and reporting platforms.
• Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to balance commercial outcomes with brand objectives.
• Strong commercial acumen with forecasting and P&L responsibilities.
• Outstanding communication, leadership and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute Melrose's digital marketing and eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Own and optimise website performance focusing on conversion and online sales growth.
• Manage performance channels including SEM, SEO, social, affiliates and paid campaigns.
• Drive CRM, loyalty and email marketing to increase retention and lifetime value.
• Monitor and analyse digital performance and provide actionable insights.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Digital & eCommerce team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader brand and commercial objectives.
