iSelect Ltd, part of Compare the Market, is seeking a Head of SEO to shape how Australians discover and compare personal finance and household products. You will lead a high-performing team, own organic growth, and optimize content strategy across two iconic brands in an AI-first ecosystem.

You’ll collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Brand and PR to embed organic growth into everything launched, while driving experimentation in AI-enabled search and content strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong SEO leadership with end-to-end growth impact.
• Deep knowledge of content strategy and digital PR for long-term visibility.
• Hands-on ability to switch between strategy, execution and optimisation.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.

Search is evolving fast, and here, you'll be at the forefront of it. As our Head of SEO, you'll shape how millions of Aussies discover, research and compare products across Compare the Market and iSelect, ensuring our brands stand out in both traditional search and emerging AI experiences.

You’ll have the chance to:

• Develop a high-performing team and keep us ahead of what’s next
• Own the organic growth and content strategy across iSelect and Compare the Market
• Drive traffic, visibility and quote starts across a broad range of categories including insurance, energy and personal finance
• Strengthen our search presence by optimising site performance, content architecture, user experience and technical SEO foundations.
• Evolve and lead experimentation across SEO, content and AI search
• Own the Content strategy, ensuring our high-quality content performs in both search engines and AI-driven discovery experiences
• Work alongside our Product, UX, Engineering, Brand, Creative and PR teams to ensure organic growth is embedded into everything we launch

You’re a seasoned SEO lead excited by where search is heading next. You’ll have:

• Strong SEO leadership experience with a proven ability to deliver outcomes through end-to-end organic growth programs
• Well-versed in content strategy and digital PR, with an understanding of how each contributes to long-term brand visibility and growth
• Hands-on approach, with the ability to move between strategy, execution and optimisation
• Experience influencing cross-functionally, driving commercial outcomes across multiple stakeholders
