Job summary

Linktree is seeking a dynamic Head of Data Science to lead our data science and analytics organization from vision to delivery. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and the executive team to set strategy and hands-on drive growth in an AI-powered product landscape.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, embed data-driven decision making across the company, and guide the adoption of scalable ML/AI systems while communicating insights to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data science, applied ML, or analytics.
• 5+ years leading managers or directors in fast-paced environments.
• Experience launching large-scale data/AI features with measurable impact.
• Transforming culture to data-driven decision making.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and exec teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive company-wide data science strategy from analytics to ML/AI.
• Build data science foundations for forecasting and business targets.
• Lead and mentor senior data leaders and engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to embed data capabilities.
• Communicate insights and tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advocate for AI/ML best practices and scalable systems.
