Job summary

Linktree is seeking a hands-on Head of Data Science to lead our data science and analytics organization from vision through delivery and operations. You will set strategy, work with Product, Engineering, Design, and the Leadership Team, and guide a growing data science team in the AI era.

You will build the data foundations behind financial forecasting, establish scalable ML/AI systems, and drive a transformation into an insights- and AI-powered product with a differentiated value proposition

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data science, applied ML, or analytics.
• Experience leading managers or directors in fast-paced environments.
• Track record of designing and launching data/AI product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the company-wide data science strategy end-to-end.
• Lead teams to deliver analytics, ML/AI, and experimentation platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Leadership to embed data and AI in products.
• Mentor senior leaders and recruit top data talent.
• Establish governance, safety, and scalable data platforms.
