Job summary

TPG Telecom is seeking a Senior Finance BI Analyst to design and deliver Finance BI and analytics solutions, build and maintain dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to support planning and forecasting. You will bridge Finance needs with BI/data platforms, offering technical leadership and improving reporting, automation, data quality and governance across a 12-month fixed term.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data, BI or analytics, preferably in Finance/FP&A.
• Strong hands-on Power BI skills including data modelling and dashboard design.
• Proficient SQL for data extraction, transformation and validation on cloud data platforms (Redshift).
• Solid financial acumen with ability to interpret P&L, revenue, costs and margins.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and ongoing enhancement of Finance dashboards in Power BI with high accuracy and usability.
• Respond to ad hoc Finance data requests and manage the delivery pipeline by value and urgency.
• Identify and implement automation to reduce manual Finance reporting effort.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries against the data warehouse (Redshift) for Finance datasets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other BI analysts.
