Qualifications

• Significant senior management experience in banking/financial services.
• Expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks especially ASIC RG 271.
• Exceptional risk leadership experience in an APRA-regulated organisation.

• Oversee operations of key services like Mortgage Help and Customer Resolutions.
