Job summary

LION Digital (UK) is seeking a seasoned Head of Client Success to lead ourAU-based client portfolio and drive multichannel strategy across SEO, SEM, Meta, Email and Web. You will own client growth, retention, and the quality of delivery, partnering with Channel Leads to onboard and structure strategic plans.

This role is fully remote within Australia, offering a competitive base, superannuation, and performance incentives, with real career growth in a scaling eCommerce agency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency experience managing eCommerce clients.
• Deep knowledge of multichannel digital metrics (MER, CAC, ROAS).
• Hands-on experience across at least two of: SEO, SEM, Meta, Email, or Shopify.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to translate data into client strategy.
• Ownership mindset and proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of eCommerce clients across SEO, SEM, Meta, Email and Web.
• Onboard new clients in partnership with Channel Leads and set strategic plans.
• Lead regular performance reviews: strategic conversations with clear next actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep delivery sharp and prioritized.
• Identify growth opportunities within your portfolio and present cases to clients.
