hummgroup is seeking a senior Product Leader for the Australian Cards business. You will own strategy, regulatory compliance and portfolio performance with P&L accountability, working with an agile delivery squad to execute the roadmap and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

The role focuses on remediation, governance, and customer-centric growth in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Formación

• 7+ years in product management in financial services or lending products.
• Experience managing a financial services product P&L.
• Proven regulatory compliance leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the credit card strategy and product roadmap for AU.
• Lead the Remediation Working Group and ensure customer outcomes.
• Manage portfolio performance and regulatory compliance across the AU Cards portfolio.
• Champion customer value propositions and drive growth through data insights.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers, coordinating with agile delivery squads.
