Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead hands-on delivery of complex digital and business transformation initiatives within a regulated care environment. You will coordinate business and technology teams, manage external partners and dependencies, and drive initiatives from discovery through transition.

This role requires the ability to engage senior stakeholders, resolve delivery issues, and maintain momentum across 12–24 month fixed term contracts at St Leonards

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in a similar role with significant experience delivering complex business and technology transformation projects.
• Demonstrated experience taking initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation and transition.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams at different stages of delivery.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology or major business-system implementations.
• Strong understanding of business process change, systems integration, data, testing and operational readiness.
• Strong vendor, commercial, budget and stakeholder management capability.
• Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and governance forums.
• Experience in healthcare, aged care or another complex, regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to make complex issues clear and actionable.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and project or Agile delivery certification desirable.
• Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.

About The Role

Join HammondCare as our Digital Project Manager to lead the hands-on delivery of complex digital and business transformation initiatives in a regulated care environment.

Working across multiple concurrent initiatives, you will take work from discovery and planning through implementation and transition. You will bring structure to complex problems, coordinate business and technology teams, manage external partners and dependencies, and ensure initiatives deliver practical outcomes.

This role requires someone equally comfortable working with senior stakeholders and getting into the detail of delivery to resolve issues, maintain momentum and keep work on track.

12 & 24 month fixed term contractsworking at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities.

About you
