IAG is seeking a Manager, Application Strategy & Governance to lead technology strategy, governance, and platform direction across Claims, Communications, and Supply Chain. The role involves collaborating across architecture, engineering, and business teams, driving roadmaps and AI adoption to deliver critical outcomes.

You will lead a team of senior technology professionals, champion innovation, and balance engineering excellence with stable delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong technology leadership within large enterprise environments.
• Background in senior technology platform or architecture leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering technology strategy, platform roadmaps, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technology Leads and Platform Leaders, fostering a high-performing engineering culture.
• Provide technology leadership across strategic programs, platforms, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive solution design, architecture governance, and technology decision-making across the portfolio.
• Partner with business, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Own technology roadmaps and platform strategies, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
• Champion innovation, AI adoption, and modern engineering practices.
• Balance technical excellence, operational stability, and delivery outcomes.
